Invoices are generated on the first of each month. If customer has elected to receive a printed invoice, this will be mailed to the address listed on the account. Otherwise invoices are sent via e-mail to customers netease.net address. If customer does not utilize their provided e-mail address for receiving invoice then it is the customers responsibility to inform the billing office of the correct address to send invoices. Unless specified otherwise the amount shown next to Payment Due is due in the NetEase office by the 21st of each month.

Payment is due on the 21st of each month. If payment is not received within 30 days account may be disabled without notice and may be subject to a $10.00 reconnection fee. Disabled accounts will not be reactivated until the past due amount is paid in full.

Q. Does NetEase charge Sales Tax on Internet Access?
A. Effective January 30, 2004 NetEase does not charge sales tax on Internet Access. Only Products and Services not related to Internet Access are taxable.

Q. I was on the NetSurfer 100 Hour Plan. How do I switch to the NetSurfer Deluxe plan with un-metered usage?
A. Existing NetSurfer 100 Accounts were automatically upgraded to the NetSurfer Deluxe plan at no additional charge.

Q. I was on the 15 hour plan when I signed up. What are my options now?
A. The NetSurfer Lite 15 hour plan was replaced with the NetSurfer Lite 20 hour plan in 2001 and then the base price was reduced to $9.89 on 5/1/02. No change was required on the users part. Usage over 20 hours is charged at the rate of $1.00 per hour.

Note: Put your Account ID on your payment to ensure proper credit. (4 digit Account ID may be found on your invoice)

Payments may also be made at our office located at 39 Tennessee Ave. South in Parsons, TN. (Next to Barrett's Jewelers).

Q. When will I be invoiced for my service each month?
A. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month.

Q. What charges are included in my invoice?
A. Charges are generated for your monthly service and any other charges which may have accumulated. Such charges may include; Invoice Option Setup, excess use charges for NetSurfer Lite and NetSurfer ISDN customers, etc..

Q. How will I receive my invoice?
A. Invoices are sent to your netease.net e-mail address. If you require a printed invoice sent via postal mail one can be sent if you have paid the Invoice Option Setup fee. If you require your invoice to be e-mailed to another address contact the office. It is the customer responsiblity to make sure we have the correct address for billing.

Q. When is the payment due?
A. Invoices are considered past due if not received in our office by the 21st of each month. If payment is not received within 30 days account may be disabled without notice.

A. Pay the figure listed next to Payment Due as illustrated below.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A. Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Credit Card Autopay customers will have their monthly charges applied automatically at the first of each month.

Q. I am currently signed up for the 20 hour NetSurfer Lite Account. How do I switch to a package with more hours?
A. Use the form online for this purpose or you may call the office M-F at 731-845-5640 Extension 203.

Q. I am not using enough hours to justify a Standard account, can I downgrade my billing plan to the 20 hour plan?
A. Yes, there is a one time charge of $10.00 to downgrade your billing plan. Use the form online for this purpose or you may call the office M-F at 731-845-5640 Extension 203.

Q. I am going to be out of town for an extended period, can my charges be suspended?
A. Yes, simply contact the Billing Department and they will make arrangements for you.
